The reception staff was polite. They were helpful at all times . Housekeeping responded quickly with the kettle problem. The room service was quick and efficient. I found it really useful.

the location was really handy , and access to terminal 5 was simple. the staff were helpful , and check in and check out was quick and easy.
i didn't like that there was no elevator. i had to carry my luggage up the stairs , and nobody offered any assistance.

i found the pods to terminal 5 convenient and fast. it took less than ten minutes to arrive at the terminal, really helpful for my early morning flight. i also appreciated the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. the large tv was a nice bonus, and i liked having tea, coffee, and cookies available in the room.

The restaurant had a great view of the runway. I watched planes landing and taking off! the food was AMAZING!!! it also offered good value, with generous portions for the price, and the service was friendly.

the room was very clean and quiet despite the hotel's proximity to the airport. i was able to rest well without being disturbed by outside noise. it was great to find shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom.

the staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with a bus timetable for the airport. i was grateful for the container with lemon water in the foyer as the weather was very hot!!! i really appreciated their assistance.
